Returns & Cancellation Policy
Our aim is to ensure you are happy with every purchase you make. To help with this, we have set out a clear and straightforward returns policy below.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you have notified us of your cancellation, items must be returned without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the date of cancellation. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
- Be in their original packaging
- Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Have all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. If your item is faulty, please see the Faulty Goods section below.
How to Return an Order
Please securely repackage the item(s) you wish to return and include your original delivery note. Complete the returns section found on the reverse of the delivery note or via our website.
Items cannot be returned to the store.

Return Postage Costs
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty. We cannot accept liability for items lost in transit, so we strongly recommend using a tracked and recorded service. If a return is lost and was not sent via a recorded service, responsibility for recovery or compensation lies with the postage provider, not us.
Faulty Items (UK Customers)
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at to request a returns label. Returns sent back without using our faulty returns service will not have postage costs refunded.
If an item is returned as faulty and is later found not to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, you may be charged for the return postage costs incurred. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Exchanges
We do not offer a direct exchange service. If an item is unsuitable, please place a new order for your desired item and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund.
Due to the fast turnover of our stock, this approach helps ensure you receive your replacement item as quickly as possible and avoids disappointment should products sell out while your return is in transit.
Refunds
Where delivery charges were applied, refunds will cover the cost of the item(s) only, not the original postage.
Refund Processing Times
Once your return has been received, please allow 4–5 working days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed. Your bank may take additional time to show the funds.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order after purchase, please complete our cancellation form and include it with your returned parcel.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already progressed beyond a certain stage of processing, cancellation may not be possible and the item(s) will need to be returned in line with this policy.
Consumer Contracts Regulations
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
