When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. We must receive payment in full for the goods before your order can be accepted.
A legally binding contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you. Until that point, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order.
Order acknowledgement
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order and confirming the details. This email is for information purposes only and does not constitute acceptance of your order or formation of a contract.
Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If any item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the option to wait for the item to become available or to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Ordering errors
You are able to correct any errors in your order up until the point you submit it during the checkout process.
Product descriptions and pricing
We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices on our website are accurate at the time they are published. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If we discover a pricing or description error in relation to goods you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time you place your order using the payment methods made available at checkout. We are not responsible for any delay or failure to process your order if incorrect payment details are provided.
If payment cannot be authorised, we reserve the right to cancel your order and suspend further deliveries.
Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. In any event, we will deliver your goods within 30 days of the day after you place your order, unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery is delayed beyond this period, you may contact us to agree an alternative delivery date or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once they have been delivered. Risk of loss or damage passes to you at the time of delivery.

Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to return, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement by email at info@badgeclothing.co.uk and follow our returns policy.
Returning goods
If you return your order after receiving the goods, you must return them to us within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
Returned items must be:
- unworn and unused (other than trying them on as you would in store)
- in their original condition
- with all tags attached and original packaging where possible
For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty. This includes, but is not limited to, underwear, socks, swimwear, and any other items that are sealed or intended to be worn next to the skin, where the hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been worn.
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty.
We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of unnecessary handling.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Faulty goods
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If any goods you receive are faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately using the contact details above.
Where goods are confirmed as faulty, we will refund the cost of postage and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, in line with your statutory rights.
